RETURN POLICY

All returns must be authorized by BRAND ASSET PARTNERS and require a written return authorization issued by BRAND ASSET PARTNERS. Call our Customer Care Team at the 720.688.0500. or email wingman@brandassetpartners.com. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of return authorization issue date; otherwise the return will not be eligible for credit. Items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories (if applicable). Freight charges will not be refunded unless the merchandise is defective or it was shipped incorrectly. Items will be subject to return freight charges and may also be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. Custom orders may not be returned unless the merchandise is defective or we made an error when making the custom order product. We are not responsible for misuse, customer installation, freight damage or improper storage. Items worn are not returnable. Items washed and dried are not returnable. Please adhere to care instructions. The return authorization number must be included in all correspondence and returns.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

There are a number of different steps to take into consideration to protect your DTF transfer Logo ON YOUR GARMENT for abrasion or fading in the wash:

1. Wash inside out - Turn your garment inside out before putting it in the washer to protect the DTF transfer from friction during the cycle.

2. Use cold water - Use cold or cool water when washing your garments where possible. Avoid hot water - this can also make your garment shrink!

3. Use a mild detergent - This is key. Avoiding harsh chemicals and bleach can help to avoid damaging your garment and the transfer.

4. Use a gentle cycle - Opt for a delicate or gentle cycle to minimize agitation or stress on the transfer.

5. Avoid fabric softeners - A fabric softener has the potential to weaken the adhesion of a DTF transfer. Skip these where possible, at least every other wash.

6. Hand wash - As with all fabrics, if you have the opportunity to hand wash them, then this is the gentlest option. However we know that having the time, equipment or opportunity to do so in this modern day is a rarity!
