We are excited you will be joining BAP. The attached form is a required document that will be used internally to get the ball rolling on setting up email, business cards and having an POC should there be an emergency. Please fill this out to the best of your ability and click “Welcome to the Team” when complete.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFO

Please bring a valid ID on your first day as you will need it for your onboarding into Quickbooks. 

Once you are added to our systems, you will be asked to follow a few important links and answer a few questions you will receive an email within 24 hours to join Workforce!  This is how you get paid.  You can also download the Quickbooks App (Apple Click here, Android Click Here).

The Workforce App is where you will log your hours and this is how you can monitor when you get paid etc.    These hours will be reviewed weekly by your supervisor.  If you are joining BAP in a salary position, this will not apply to you.

All your hours must be logged in by the 14 th and last day of every month.

A couple additional things you should know about BAP:

1.        Organizational culture is very important to us.  We are a team, that wins as a team and learns from our mistakes as a team. 

2.        When reporting hours worked, we expect honesty, but we also rely on you to post your hours. If you do submit your hours worked, we cannot pay you.  Submitting your hours accordingly will allow our payroll team to process your pay properly.  If you submit hours after the deadline established there is a strong probability that it will be paid in the following pay cycle.  

BAP also uses a few key software solutions to continue to be effluence and strategic. Please download a few additional apps to your phone.
