Mike Meador : Partner & CRO
Mike is one of the founders at BAP and in his current role as Co-President and Chief Revenue Officer, he leads our sales department to meet revenue and growth targets. With nearly 30 years experience in the industry, there isn’t much he hasn’t seen or supported. As a result he is one of the best in the industry when it comes to working directly with clients to ensure their Branded Assets exceed expectations.

Steve Wright : Partner & CMO
Steve is one of the founders at BAP and currently oversees marketing and business development as the Co-President and CMO. Driven by nearly 20 years of marketing, consulting and branding, Steve takes the term partner to heart. He lives and breaths building the relationships of the business which is why the BAP business dynamics work so well.

Jason Austin : Sr. Director of Operations
With over 20 year in the industry, there isn’t much that gets past Jason and his team. Once a project is turned over the the production team, Jason takes charge to ensure that project turns out as expected. Detail oriented and creative minded, Jason can handle it all!

Kim Walsh : Sr. Director of National Accounts
Kim joined BAP having spent the last 20 years in retail sales and marketing at the GM level . An expert in branding events and retail marketing. Kim is as respected as it comes when working with major brands and non-profit organizations. She is also our resident expert when it comes to knowing everything that goes into a running race from a 1 mile fun run to marathons. A former professional runner having competed on the highest national level with USATF and even competing in the Olympic Trials. Racing is not only in her blood… it’s in her family. Her husband runs one of the best race timing companies on the east coast.

Stephen Herrington : Sr. Director of National Accounts
Even thought Stephen is a Director of National Accounts, he tends to work with a number of our international partners bringing the same expertise near and far. Having experience of working with Fortune 500 Companies and marketing agencies he brings a wealth of knowledge to all BAP Partners.

Haris Ahmetspahic : Graphic Design & Production
Haris is one of our in-house Graphic Design Artist and Production Assistant. Haris loves to lead in art direction and preparation along with overall assistance for our clients and team. With a technical education in graphic design along with recent experience working in the travel-marketing and non-profit sector, he’s eager to help you create your project to perfectly suit your vision.

Overseeing our customer success team, Amanda focuses on building lasting relationships and ensuring we exceed partner expectations. Skilled in onboarding, training, and providing ongoing support to clients of all sizes. Known for proactive problem-solving, clear communication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences and smiles all around.

Brendan Murphy : Sales Manager
A professional at all levels with great experience supporting clients ranging from small businesses to large enterprises. “Murph” does a great job building strong customer relationships, understanding diverse client needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet his clients’ branding needs. Brendan is committed to exceeding client expectations.

Lily Feauto : Production Assistant
As the production assistant Lily is one of the moving parts at BAP. There aren’t many projects that don’t go through her hands. Lily understands clients expectations and keeps BAP to a professional standard with all assets that come in and out of the office. Lily is committed to exceeding customers expectations.

As the Operations Manager, Alyssa plays a pivotal role in ensuring project success. She excels at optimizing processes, coordinating projects, and driving efficiency for our partners. Alyssa’s attention to detail and commitment to our partners makes her an invaluable asset in achieving goals.

Max Schrad : Marketing Intern
Working on both the ops and marketing teams, Max is experienced in delivery, seamless service, and support to our partners. When he is onsite supporting an event or knee deep in the planning, he has a great grasp of all aspects of event and branding needs.

Brand Asset Partners is growing and we are constantly looking to add the right individual to our team. Yes, we are aware this sounds cliche’ for us to say we are looking for the “right” person, but it is 100% true. We are a tight group and it means when we add to the team, each new member must wear multiple hats and be like minded in putting our partners (customers) first, our team second and our personal egos third.
