PXG Inflatable Simulator

Please take a couple minutes to tell us more about your upcoming event in which you would like to have the PXG Inflatable Simulator transported to below by filling out the request form. Brand Asset Partners (BAP) will immediately review the request and any details that you can share so we can help and start planning logistics for a potential move of the crate with inflatable simulator.

How this works?

  • BAP will receive this request form and we will review by confirming dates, location and submit to the appropriate PXG team members for approval.

  • If project is approved, BAP will take the appropriate steps to securing a transportation quote. Sometimes BAP will use LTL, a dedicated truck or we will deliver it ourselves. There are many factors that go into securing the appropriate carrier.

  • BAP will submit the estimate to PXG to review and for PXG to turn into a PO. The PO will later be added to the BAP Invoice to PXG. BAP pays the transportation and invoices PXG. If there are additional or unexpected costs such as driver holding fees, or recovery fees, BAP will notify PXG and add on the final invoice.

  • Once BAP has the initial PO we will move to dispatch the transportation and send the PXG project Point of Contact any final details such as copies of BOL (Bill of Lading) and install & strike steps.

Transportation quotes are good for 6 days from the transport carriers. If you request the Sim 60 days out, most likely we can get a transportation estimate but we CAN NOT dispatch transport until 5 days out and there most likely will be a changes to the original estimated freight cost.

Budget Estimator

There are a number of variables that factor into moving each crate for an event. Time between events, delivery and pickup locations, loading dock or lift gates at delivery, and type of venue the crate is being delivered to will factor into one way costs. All estimates are broken down by one-way transport.

Typical budget allocations for a one-way transports will range between $700-1,100. Certain major metropolitan locations or trade show convention locations may cause that price to increase to upwards of $1,500. This is due to certain drop-off and pick-up locations cannot accept a large 55’ truck when means we will need to add a 3rd party local team to support with the last mile.

BAP OFFERS SUPPORT

Brand Asset Partners does offer onsite support. This is a per request basis and our fee is travel and expenses. Simply note whether or not you would like to discuss BAP attending and offering support onsite by noting in on the Request Form.

Keys to remember about the Sim

  1. Remember you need 20’ deep x 16’ wide x 12’ overhead clearance to consider setting up the sim!

  2. How loud is the blower? The blower is closed air, meaning once it is inflated you can unplug and close the valve and it should for 3+ days.

  3. What is included in the crate? Everything you will need to set up the simulator.

  4. How do I set up the sim? Watch the video to get an idea.

  5. How big is it? It’s impressively larger than in the pictures. Remember to measure your overhead clearance height twice before submitting your request. You need a minimum of 12’!

  6. Recommendations? BAP recommends that you take the projector down every night of your event. The projector weights 22lbs and is hanging from a closed air inflatable. If something were to happen, the added pressure of the weight unattended can result in walking in to find your inflatable on the floor in the morning if left overnight.

What does the Crate + Inflatable Simulator Look Like?

PXG Simulator Reserved Dates

The PXG Crate - Sim #1 - primarily resides west of the Mississippi and is stationed at the BAP HQ in Denver, CO.

The Black PXG Crate- Sim #2 - this crate has been moved back to reside also at the BAP HQ in Denver, CO and is ready to ship east at a moments notice.

This calendar is kept up to date as best as possible, but note that due to transportation related to moving the crates the simulators may be scheduled for a one day event but we block 5 or 6 days because we know it is a two day move to get it there and two days back to the warehouse. This does not mean we can not coordinate moving the crates from one event to the next. Please fill out the above form and we will do our best to ensure the simulators are available for your event.

How to Setup A Tent

We recommend two people, but once you get the hang of it, you can easily set up a 10x10 Frame and Canopy in no time.

PRO TIP: when spreading out the frame, work from the outside middle instead of tugging on the legs. Work the cross braces before you start pulling on the legs.
